Our Story

Behind the Scenes

Here at Here To Connect, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Since 2016, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together!

We Did It!

Our Story

At Here To Connect, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2016, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Here To Connect Campaign

Our mission is to connect women and girls in an accountable partnership, to engage in physical or social activity for one hour each week to promote a healthy life and positive relationships.

Here to Connect Women & Girls
Women Empowering (WE) Movement

Ladies, is there something you want to accomplish within one year?
Want to lose weight?
Want to go back to school?
Want to start a new career?
Divorced and NOW Single?
Kids are grown, now it’s ME time?
New in the community?

Ladies, WE know that life happens, and things get in our way of accomplishing our goals!
I have the solution for YOU!
Finding an Accountable Partner (e.g., a mom, a sister, a cousin, a friend, a co-worker, a neighbor, etc.) is connecting with someone who will help motivate you fulfill that goal you always wanted to accomplish. Bonding with each other is the WOMEN EMPOWERING (WE) MOVEMENT. You and your Accountable Partner will help motivate, encourage and support one another throughout the year while staying focused on your goals.

I want to share with you the story about my Accountable Partner, Eileen, and how WE accomplished our goals together in one year. Eileen and I lived in the same town of Phoenixville all our lives. However, we really didn’t know each other that well. I only knew of Eileen because her son and my grandson were good friends. I also coached her daughter on a Double Dutch team. I did not know her personally, but I knew she was a Christian woman serving God.
I hosted my first Friendship Luncheon on August 27, 2016 and Eileen attended. After I shared the vision God had given me for Here to Connect Women & Girls Movement, Eileen was moved and the connection begun that day. At the end of the luncheon, Eileen and I agreed to be Accountable Partners. WE signed a contract agreement that was designed to have us write down goals that each wanted to accomplish in that year.

I believed that a positive attitude and mindset would provide opportunities and growth development and increase your ability to reach your goals in life. I created a support system model that helps women and girls to connect one with another in Accountable Partnership to increase their level of success at a faster paste in accomplishing their goals and dreams. The support system also allows writing and working out road blocks that have kept you from meeting/ accomplishing your goals. WE met each week for one hour to spend quality time together moving forward. In one year, we had accomplished our goals and added new ones. Our biggest accomplishment was the desire to self-publish our books together in 2018.
WE became Best Selling Authors on Amazon. WE DID IT!
